WingMate
A friend makes the first move.

Someone in
your corner.

Your friend knows there’s more to you than a profile. Give them a place to help you meet someone.

Your taste. Their perspective. A warmer hello.
From “you two should meet” to hello

The introduction
starts with your people.

01 / PICK YOUR WING

Bring the friend who gets you.

Choose someone you trust. Tell them what you’re looking for, then compare notes as you go.

02 / FIND THE CONNECTION

Let them see the possibility.

Your wing helps find people, starts a conversation in their own name, and checks whether an introduction feels right.

03 / TAKE IT FROM HERE

Make it your conversation.

Meet in a shared chat. When both of you choose one on one, your wing steps out. You decide what happens next.

Less pressure on the first hello

They break the ice.
You make the call.

The idea is simple: friendship can make meeting someone feel more human. A wing can help with the search; the people being introduced always choose whether to continue.

Single, taken,
or good at introductions.

Looking for someone

Stay involved without carrying every first conversation. Review your friend’s suggestions and keep the final say.

How Mate and Wing work →

Here for a friend

Help one friend or several. Keep each person’s search, likes, and conversations in the right place.

How a wing helps →

Someone invited you?

An invitation should say who suggested the introduction and whether their friend has expressed interest. You choose whether to join; a nomination is not a mutual match.

A place to meet

We’re exploring restaurant and activity partnerships: thoughtful plans, clear sponsorship, and perks friends can share. This program is not open yet.

Partnerships are on the roadmap.
The idea behind it

More friendship
in finding love.

WingMate is a product concept led by Jason Munguia, built around a familiar instinct: wanting good things for the people you know.

We’re starting with friend-led dating. Hosted social experiences and optional AI assistance are future possibilities. First, we want to get the introduction right.

Before you jump in

A few good questions.

Can I be both a mate and a wingmate?

Yes. Your account has a mode for yourself and a mode for helping authorized friends. The app always makes clear whose search you’re working on.

Does my friend speak as me?

No. Your wing introduces themselves as your friend. You choose when to enter the conversation and whether to continue privately.

Can I use the service today?

Not yet. We’re testing the app with fictional profiles while we build accounts, messaging and search. There is no public signup or downloadable App Store version yet.

Are rewards and restaurant offers available?

Not yet. Points and perks in the demo are proposals, not redeemable offers. Partner funding and terms must be established first.
